Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date are estimates.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Baysidedesign.
ALL SHIPPING COST ARE THE RESPONSABLY OF PURCHASER. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are totally committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason Simply email us at Baysidedesignemb@gmail.com with the reason for your return and we will do your best to correct them. All claims must be made in writing, via email to Baysidedesignemb@gmail.com. If an exchange is needed you should expect to receive your exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. If a refund is needed, once your return is received and processed, we will promptly issue a full credit, less your original shipping charges, setup fees, and digitizing fees. ANY PERSONALIZED items can not be returned unless the return request is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will exchange the item. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit to be completed.
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your order.

NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER SHIPMENT DATE.
